TMZ Identifies Paparazzo Killed During New Year's Day Pursuit of Justin Bieber's Vehicle Jan 2nd 2013, 07:30 KTLA reported the photographer’s first name was Chris and that he was originally from New Mexico. This morning, TMZ has chimed in with the full name of the victim of a freakish New Year’s Day accident in west LA. Killed while walking across a blind spot of the Supelveda Pass, after being told by LAPD officers to clear the scene, was 29-year-old Chris Guerra. The driver of the car that hit him is understandably traumatized. Per the KTLA report: The driver of the car that struck the photographer was a grandmother who had her two grandchildren in the car. Police said she was very upset and distraught.
